How we
handle your
information.
This page is maintained by 11 Brothers Construction to answer common questions about how we handle the information you share when you request an estimate or contact us. It is editable project content and is not an independent certification or audit.
What we collect
When you request a free estimate or send us a message, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email, project address, and a description of the work you'd like done.
We only ask for what we need to schedule a site visit, prepare an estimate, and follow up with you about your project.
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule a walkthrough, prepare your estimate, and communicate with you about your project from start to finish.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it lives
Estimate requests and contact form submissions are stored in our project's secure backend database. Access is limited to the 11 Brothers team members who need it to do their job.
The website is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure that encrypts data in transit (HTTPS) by default.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how visitors find us. This helps us improve the site over time. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
You can block analytics by using your browser's tracking-prevention settings or a privacy extension.
Authentication & accounts
The public website does not require an account. A separate admin area exists for our internal team and is protected by email/password authentication. Only authorized 11 Brothers staff can sign in.
Retention & deletion
We keep estimate and project records for as long as needed to service your project and meet normal business and tax recordkeeping requirements. If you'd like a copy of your information, or want it deleted, email us and we'll handle it.
Contact us
